Exit 83 from the Garden State Parkway, onto Route 9 North. Proceed to traffic light and turn right at light onto Route 571. At next traffic light, turn right onto Old Freehold Road.

From the North:

Exit 82 from the Garden State Parkway, continue east on Route 37 to first traffic light. Cross through intersection and take jug handle turn to cross back over Route 37 onto Route 166. Proceed North on Route 166  and turn right at first traffic light onto Old freehold Road.  one mile down on the right

From the West:

Route 70 East to Lakehurst, then take Route 37 East. Cross under the Garden State Parkway and at the next traffic light cross through intersection and take jug handle turn to cross back over Route 37 onto Route 166. Proceed North on Route 166 and turn right at first traffic light onto Old freehold Road.  one mile  down on the right
 

From Ramada Toms River
 Start at 2373 ROUTE 9[US-9], TOMS RIVER on LAKEWOOD RD[US-9] going toward N MAPLE AVE - go 1.0 mi
Turn Left on COX CRO RD - go 0.8 mi
 Bear Right on OLD FREEHOLD RD - go 3.1 mi
 Arrive at 1245 OLD FREEHOLD RD, TOMS RIVER, on the Left

From the South:

From the SouthTake Garden State Parkway North to Exit 83 (Pleasant Plains). Make first right onto Route 571 (Indian Head Road). Go to fourth light (Hooper Avenue). Take jughandle after the light. Proceed on Hooper Avenue Northbound. is located approximately 500 feet after the fourth traffic light (Indian Hill Road). Gym Back Left
From the West Take Route 70 East to Route 37 East. Continue on Route 37 East crossing underneath the Garden State Parkway. The second light after the overpass is Hooper Avenue. Take jug handle cross over Route 37, travel North on Hooper Avenue.  located approximately 500 feet after the seventh traffic light (Indian Hill Road).  Gym Back Left
